Malaysian Journal of Catalysis

The biannual Journal of the Malaysian Journal of Catalysis (Malay. J. Catal.) is open access and peer-reviewed research journal published by School of Chemical and Energy Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia supported by Malaysian Catalysis Society (MCS). This journal is a free-processing fee and will be published on January-June and July-December.
The aims and scope of the journal encompasses research articles, original research reports, reviews, short communications and scientific commentaries from fundamental principles to practical applications in the broad field of homogeneous, heterogenous and biocatalysis. 

All manuscript submissions must be made through the journal's online manuscript system at "Submission".

Topic: Novel design and approach to synthesis of high performance nanostructured supported catalysts

This Special issue is devoted to the synthesis design and approach of high performance nanostructured supported catalysts, which improve the activity/selectivity either by modification of support or metal (adding promoter or second metal).  Special emphasis is placed on synthesis approaches and characterization techniques, which could demonstrate the role of support/promoter/second metal in improving activity/selective in the selected reaction.
